CYBRAL Secures Three Additional U.S. Patents, Advancing Agentic AI Cybersecurity

MIAMI, Florida — September 1, 2026 — (BUSINESS WIRE) — CYBRAL Inc. today announced the issuance of three additional U.S. patents covering its CYBRAL STORM® platform, further advancing the company’s transformation into a fully agentic, AI-native cybersecurity platform. The newly issued patents follow CYBRAL’s most recent utility patent for CYBRAL GUARD®, bringing the company’s total intellectual property portfolio to four granted patents.

The lead patent among the three is a U.S. utility patent covering an automated system that continuously assesses the security of network systems, autonomously and safely exploits discovered vulnerabilities and exploitable misconfigurations, discovers all attack paths that can reach critical data, validates real-world risk in the new era of AI-driven threats, and generates actionable security recommendations.

The two companion design patents protect the unique visual interfaces CYBRAL built to make that intelligence usable—one for continuously visualizing AI-discovered attack paths, and one for continuously visualizing AI-discovered sensitive data at risk. Together, the three patents connect autonomous offensive testing, risk validation, and human-readable visualization into a single, protected body of technology—reinforcing CYBRAL’s shift from point-in-time tools to continuous, agentic AI defense.

CYBRAL STORM® U.S. Patents

  • U.S. Patent No. US-12652307-B1 — Utility patent for an “Automated System to Assess Network Systems Security, Exploit Vulnerabilities, and Provide Security Recommendations.”

  • U.S. Patent No. US-D1098136-S — Design patent for a unique interface enabling access to and continuous visualization of AI-discovered attack paths.

  • U.S. Patent No. US-D1098135-S — Design patent for a unique interface enabling access to and continuous visualization of AI-discovered sensitive data at risk.

These patents are in addition to CYBRAL GUARD’s U.S. Patent No. US-12705386 and mark the company’s second, third, and fourth granted patents overall, with additional patents currently pending.

“These four patents work together, and in isolation,” said Nour Shawky, CEO of CYBRAL. “One protects the ability to autonomously find and exploit a weakness before an attacker does. The other two protect the way we make that discovery instantly understandable—showing security teams exactly where their attack paths and their sensitive data collide with risk. That combination is what agentic AI security is supposed to look like: the system doesn’t just detect and report; it thinks, it acts, and it shows you the consequences in real time. This is the next stage of CYBRAL’s mission to move the industry from reactive defense to pre-emptive, autonomous protection.”
